Product Return and Replacement Policy:

 

  1. All our shipments are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. If you receive a product in any of the conditions listed below, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product.

 

  1. You may return your product within 30 days of delivery under the following circumstances:
  • The product is damaged, leaking, tampered with, or broken.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.
  • The product is past its expiration date.
  • The order is incomplete or has missing items.

 

  1. To facilitate a smooth return and replacement process, we request that you record an unboxing video upon receipt of the product. This video should be emailed to us at  support@mykalonlife.com and must include the following:
  • The condition of the packaging upon arrival.
  • The unboxing process, showing the removal of all protective materials.
  • The product itself, highlighting any damages or defects.

 

  1. The unboxing video must accompany your return request. This will assist us in promptly assessing the condition of the product and determining the appropriate resolution.

 

  1. We will review your return request and respond within 24 working hours.

 

  1. If the product is deemed beyond use or significantly damaged, we will advise you to discard it. In such cases, a replacement will be issued.

 

  1. All returned products must be in their original condition, unaltered, and unused.

 

  1. After receiving the returned product, we will verify your claim and initiate the replacement or refund as applicable. Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability.

 

  1. Unacceptable Reasons for Return:
  • Opened, used, or altered products.
  • Missing original packaging, including cartons, labels, etc.
  • Return or replacement requests made after 30 days from delivery.
  • Damaged or missing products reported after 30 days from delivery.
  • Returns due to reasons other than manufacturing defects.

 

  1. Issues such as stomach upset, headache, flavour differences, or flavour preferences are not valid reasons for return. Please consult your healthcare professional before purchasing any product.

 

Refund Policy:

 

  1. Refunds will not be issued if:
  • The product returned by you is noticeably damaged and/or tampered with by you.
  • The shipping address you entered while placing an order is incorrect.
  • You have consumed part of the product and then decided to return it.
  • If you do not comply with the returns policy stated above.

 

  1. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
  • The product ordered by you is not in stock with us.
  • The shipping address is not serviceable by us.
  • If you comply with the Returns Policy stated above.
  • The product returned by you is found to be in good condition and is not tampered with.
  • You have paid twice for a single order from the same email address.

 

  1. Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made.

 

  1. In case you pay online then amount will be refunded within 7-15 working days from the receipt of returned product(s) at the warehouse of Kalonlife. However, the refund timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

 

  1. In case of COD (Cash on delivery i.e. when you pay in cash once the product is received) the amount can be refunded through online transfer as NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer).
