a) All our shipments are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. If you receive a product in any of the conditions listed below, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product.
b.) You may return your product within 30 days of delivery under the following circumstances:
c.) To facilitate a smooth return and replacement process, we request that you record an unboxing video upon receipt of the product. This video should be emailed to us at _______@_______.com and must include the following:

e.) In case of COD (Cash on delivery i.e. when you pay in cash once the product is received) the amount can be refunded through online transfer as NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer).
